Equipped with an MBA and an extensive IT career spanning over 15 years, Reshma Shrinivas is experienced in incubating and running successful businesses around the globe.

Reshma, shifted base back to India from the USA in 2000 and soon realized that the one major factor affecting the work place was the constant employee attrition of capable new mothers tendering their resignation because of the lack of quality childcare. Reshma started losing talented members of her team due to this and knew she had to do something to support their need. A mother of two active children herself, Reshma’s passion to create a safe-nurturing and learning environment for young children and supporting working parents resulted in the birth of the first WeCare® center in 2008. She now leads a team of committed early educators in an effort to create a quality stimulating, creative and developmentally appropriate environment for early learners that is comparable to the best in the world.

Under Reshma’s charismatic leadership, WeCare has grown to become a wholly-owned chain of 11 premier Early Development Centers. Having founded the largest woman-owned chain of Early Development Centers in India, Reshma aspires to have WeCare® continue to set benchmarks for Early Childcare and Education in India.
