Prajodh Rajan was educated in Mumbai and Coimbatore and is a management graduate from the University of Madras. He began his professional career with a mobile telephony company in the Sales function and went on to work with an automobile company wherein he was responsible for Corporate & Fleet Sales in the Western region. His last assignment before joining EuroKids was with Orix Corporate Fleet Management (IL &FS & Orix Corp joint venture) in the Marketing function. He joined the current company which was earlier a joint venture between Indian Express (Bombay) Ltd and Egmont International Holdings, Denmark as Marketing Manager in 1999. When the company decided to venture into the education services segment, Prajodh was chosen to head the initiative of EuroKids Pre-Schools. What started off as a project in 2001 with 2 Pre-Schools in Mumbai is now a network of 800 + Pre-Schools spread across 280 towns & cities in India and abroad under his leadership. He is widely regarded as the pioneer in early childcare segment franchising in the country and has won many accolades in the past one decade for his pioneering work in this segment.

In 2004, Prajodh along with three other members of Egmont India top management team effected a Management Buyout (MBO) of the Indian subsidiary. From being a professional manager, he has now turned entrepreneur managing and growing the education services business of the company. He currently mentors the EuroKids Pre-School business and is now actively involved in the EuroSchool (K-12) business operations. He also serves as a trustee and governing board member amongst the various group schools.
