Mrs. Ila Shukla

Mrs. Ila Shukla, is connected to the Neiil Group of Schools as the Principal that is spread in two different districts of M.P (Guna and Morena).

Prior to becoming the Principal, she has extended her contribution as a Headmistress (in CBSE and ICSE Schools) in her 30 years of career in the field of education.

She began her journey in education sector as a teacher of India’s premier and prestigious school -- The Daly College of Indore. Her vast experience includes--

• Implementing the learning methods and acquaintance with the Smart Classes methodology.
• Implementing Continuous and Comprehensive Evaluation system (CCE) effectively.
• Successfully conducted the AIEEE exams held by C.B.S.E and Held inter school competitions regularly. One of which includes interschool and inter boards poster with a slogan contest in grandeur.
• Arranged Spell-Check Competition for the first time in M.P.
• She has been the part of a great team working as a cohesive unit for the improvement of a child in all spheres. Her expertise lies in Early Childhood Education.
• She has created curriculum for Pre-Primary which is been successfully implemented in the schools.
• Created Personality Development Modules for the school children.
• Created modules on conversational Skills in English.

I have done Bachelor's & Master's Degree in Science and also Bachelor’s of Education, from the India’s oldest and most well known University of Allahabad. Besides my academic qualifications, I have made a conscious effort to upgrade my knowledge and skills through professionally developed curriculum on early childhood education and modules on Personality development, Life skills and Conversational skills.

My views about Early childhood India.

Early childhood years are the most valuable years of any individual. The basis of strong character is laid in these few initial years. The learning in these years should be stress free and enjoyable for the children.

I strongly feel that these years of childhood should be continuously monitored and groomed to give a child a solid foundation and make the base of healthy upcoming society where each member creates a prosperous niche to live happily.
