Founder of RMinds Education

Francis Joseph has more than 20 years of Management experience in School Education; in areas that include school set-up & operations, human resource, technology, organizational development and strategy planning.

In a leadership role, Francis has worked extensively in establishing & managing schools for one of India’s largest chain of schoolsin India from where he started his career as a Teacher. Francis is also a recipient of the "Limca Book of Record" (Edition 2013) for managing the fastest School admission process (10 days) in the country. He is presently the founder of RMinds Education, a School development company which is associated with several reputed schools in India & Middle East, Public listed companies and the Archdiocesan Board of Education (ABE).

Vision to Early Childhood Association

My Vision for ECA is to reach out to all the Early Childhood Professionals with an aim to collaborate and empower them to positively impact the lives of young children. I will explore and implement strategies to develop the time spent in the earliest years as a critical period in the life of a child and to develop Early Childhood Care and Education as the most preferred choice for each and every educator.
