NZSE: School of Education

New Zealand Early Childhood Education holds a high position worldwide especially since the development and implementation of their curriculum document Te Whāriki. This curriculum statement provides the basis for consistent high quality curriculum delivery in the diverse range of early childhood services in New Zealand.

NZSE is now brining an online learning platform for its Early Childhood Education courses to international learners who can benefit from the NZQA recognised qualifications. NZQA has put in place systems to ensure consistency of training and assessment, ensuring New Zealand qualifications are valued as credible and robust nationally and internationally.

Our Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care (Level 3) aims to prepare students with the basic introductory knowledge and skills to educate and care for infants, toddlers and young children. Our online distance learning program aims to help caregivers get training at their pace and in their location.

This foundation program will provide a sound knowledge base and develop the skills and abilities of early caregivers to build on from. NZSE would like to welcome collaboration from the industry for delivery of our program. With the ability to meet the needs of the specific setting of the local community, our curriculum can be embedded into and can complement other teaching and learning methodologies being practiced by your organisation.
